Tennis Nut Terms of Service
Welcome to Tennis Nut (“the App”). These Terms of Service (“the Terms”) govern your rights and obligations when using the App. Please read them before use. By downloading, installing, registering for or using the App you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance
Using the service means you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the App.
2. What the service provides
The App provides:
- Practice and match records
- Court discovery and Court Heat visualisation
- Expert consultation: ordinary conversation with an expert is free; a formal answer costs nuts, charged per answer, and the case closes with a structured prescription
- Image and video attachments
- Tennis passport: achievement badges and court conquest progress
What the service offers may change as the product develops. Significant changes will be announced in the App or on this site.
3. Your account
- You must provide true, accurate and complete information.
- You are responsible for your account’s security, including your password and the devices you sign in on.
- One account per person. Using multiple accounts to game the service will end your access.
- Children under 13 may not use this service, including hitting sessions, player activity, court reports, sharing and every other social feature. Accounts found to belong to them will be removed.
4. Nuts and payment
- Consultations are priced in nuts (the App’s points), charged per formal answer according to how you ask; ordinary conversation with an expert costs nothing.
- Nuts already spent are generally not refundable.
- If an expert declines that question, or the case is closed automatically because they did not reply in time, the nuts are returned to your account in full.
- Nuts can currently only be earned through activity in the App — logging practices and matches, checking in at courts, reporting court information — and are not for sale.
- The App is authoritative for exact nut costs.
5. Your conduct
When using the App, you agree not to:
- break the law, harass others, or post infringing or hateful content
- impersonate anyone or provide false information
- abuse the nuts or consultation systems
- attempt to crack, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the App’s source code or infrastructure
- use automated tools to scrape at scale or interfere with the service
We reserve the right to terminate accounts and pursue legal remedies for breaches.
5-1. Zero tolerance for objectionable content
The App contains user-generated content — display names, avatars, court reports, session descriptions, team information, conversations with experts — and lets users arrange to meet at a court. We have zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, threats of violence, pornography, fraud and other objectionable content。
- Reporting: any session, user, court report or message can be reported inside the App (the “⋯” beside the content → Report). We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaches these Terms, and suspend the account where necessary.
- Blocking: you can block any user at any time. Neither of you will see the other’s sessions or receive notifications about them, and existing shared rosters are separated automatically. Your block list lives under Settings → Blocked people and can be undone at any time.
- Contact us: if the situation is urgent, or in-app reporting is not enough, write to us directly at kaysoncho@gmail.com。
Please judge your own safety when arranging to play: with someone you do not know, prefer a public court, daylight hours, or a time when others are around. We provide the tool for arranging a game; we cannot guarantee any user’s identity or conduct.
For the reasons above, this service is not available to users under 13 (see section 3).
6. Intellectual property
The code, interface, brand name and trademarks of this service belong to us (KXON Spatial). Content you upload — practice records, video, text — remains yours; to the extent necessary to run the service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, transmit and display it within the App.
7. Consultation disclaimer
Consultations are advice given by independent professionals and are for reference only. Advice from coaches, trainers, therapists, nutritionists and psychologistsdoes not constitute medical, psychotherapeutic, legal or financial advice. If you have concerns in those areas, please seek formal care from a qualified professional.
Conversations with experts and the prescriptions you receive are personalised suggestions. Judge them against your own situation and act at your own risk.
8. Provided “as is”
The App is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, as to availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability is capped at the amount you actually paid us in the preceding 12 months; for users who have not paid, the cap is NT$500.
10. Termination
You may end these Terms at any time by deleting your account in the App. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, after prolonged inactivity, where the law requires it, or on a change to our business.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be announced in the App or on this site. Continuing to use the App after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Disputes arising from these Terms or the service shall be submitted to the Taiwan Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.
